When you think of a fully customisable med kit then you can't beat the CTOMS 2ndLine Main Pack. The tactical medical environment is dynamic and you need to be flexible. And so does your gear. The CTOMS 2ndLine Main Pack is low profile but can carry a surprisingly large amount of gear. Perfect for vehicle or helo operations the 2ndLine can quickly be configured for longer or larger operations by adding the External Module (available separately). The internal layout is completely modular with a large variety of pouches.
